Studio Policies

Please arrive on time, but not too early :)

All classes and sessions are 50 minutes in length. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled class or session but not any earlier. This allows us to wrap up the prior class/session without interruption. Thank you for your understanding.

Please silence your phones

Out of respect for everyone taking class, please be sure to silence your phone/alarm before class.

Clean-up

After classes, please wipe down and put away any equipment and/or props used. Please load reformers with 2 red springs and place the footbar in the top position. We appreciate you helping us keep the studio clean and ready for our next group!

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We know sometimes life gets in the way of your pilates. Paz asks for a 24 hour cancellation policy for all scheduled appointments. Late cancellations are subject to being charged $15 late fee or up to the full session price which could be deducted from your package or charged to the card on file. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Class Cancellation Policy

We know sometimes life gets in the way of your pilates. Paz ask for a 24 hour cancellation policy for all scheduled classes. Failure to cancel within the 12 hour window are subject to a $15 late cancellation and / or loss of a class credit from your package or auto enroll membership. Thank you for your understanding!
