JOIN PAZ PILATES
Pilates is an inclusive movement practice, designed with modifications for all bodies and abilities. Regardless of your age and physical ability/fitness level, pilates provides a great foundation for all other physical activities and helps you go through your day feeling a little taller and breathing a bit easier. We could all use that!
We have a few ways you can get started with us -
New Student Intro - If you are ready to jump into classes, you can start with our new student class pack of any 4 classes for $99. If you plan to do equipment based classes (reformer/tower), please use the first class to schedule the foundations class offered monthly on Saturdays at 10:30am. After the new student intro, you can join classes with our various class packs that are all good for 6 months.
Private Intro Pack - allows you to work one on one with a certified pilates instructor. This is a great option if you have specific issues or goals you want to address.
Drop in Class - If you are an experienced pilates student and are looking to drop into a class while in town or just want to try Paz, you can book a single class directly through our schedule section of the website.
