Machines Classes

We have 5 beautiful wood balanced body studio reformers equipped with a tower and infinity bar for fun and varied classes. Our small group size of only five (5) allows for personal attention and fosters a great sense of community. All classes offer a full body workout with an emphasis on moving the spine in all directions so you walk out feeling strong and refreshed.

Class level guide:

Level 1 - Beginner/Intermediate Beginner

Level 1.5 - Advanced Beginner/Intermediate

Level 2 - Intermediate/Advanced

Intro to Reformer (new members only)

This class is for those that are new to Paz Pilates. In this initial class we introduce you to the reformer and take you through some essential exercises that will get you comfortable on our machines and allow the instructor to help determine the best class level to start with.

Reformer Foundations (Level 1)

This class is designed for those who are new to Pilates or want to focus on refining their foundational skills. You’ll learn essential Reformer exercises, proper alignment, and breathing techniques at a comfortable pace. Ideal for beginners, those returning to Pilates, or anyone recovering from injury who may need modifications. Expect supportive guidance, personalized adjustments, and a focus on building strength, mobility, and confidence in your practice.

Reformer Align (Level 1.5) Reformer Align+ (Level 1.5-2)

This class builds on the essential Reformer exercises, introducing progressions to challenge your strength, stability, and coordination. Whether you’re newer to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll be guided through modifications and variations to match your experience level. Expect a balanced workout that deepens your understanding of core principles while keeping your body moving, strong, and energized. In Reformer Align+, we start to take things up a notch. Perfect for those ready to take their practice to the next level.

Reformer Flow (Level 2)

This intermediate/advanced class is designed with a steady pace and athletic flow that challenges coordination and balance. Designed for those that are experienced with the essential & intermediate work on the reformer, this class will move fluidly and offer creative variations to further challenge mind-body coordination and keep things fresh. Reformer flow is not recommended for anyone with injuries, recovering from injuries, or beginners. If you are not sure if this class is for you, please ask our instructors.

Tower Foundations Tower Align (Level 1.5) Tower Align+ (Level 1.5-2)

The tower is an apparatus attached to the reformer, but offers a more stable surface to work from.  In this class we will sit, stand and/or lie down on a raised mat and work with resistive springs that are attached to a tower to build strength, flexibility and muscular endurance. A great way to mix up your pilates practice and keep your body guessing!

TRX + Reformer Fusion (Level 1.5)

This dynamic fusion class blends the core-focused precision of Pilates Reformer work with the functional strength and stability training of TRX suspension. Designed to challenge your body from all angles, you'll build total-body strength, improve joint mobility, increase flexibility, and refine your balance. Expect a low-impact, high-engagement session that targets deep stabilizing muscles, enhances posture, and leaves you feeling both energized and grounded. Whether you're cross-training or looking to elevate your movement practice, this class supports all fitness levels with mindful intensity and full-body focus. Prior experience with reformer required.

One on One Private/Duet Sessions

Sessions will be tailored to your specific goals and needs, whether you are looking to start your fitness journey with a strong foundation and proper biomechanics, training for an athletic event, pre/post natal, rehabbing from an injury, or just want the flexibility to work out on your schedule or with your friends. Subject to instructor availability. Must be scheduled directly with the studio.
