CLASS OFFERINGS
Machines Classes
We have 5 beautiful wood balanced body studio reformers equipped with a tower and infinity bar for fun and varied classes. Our small group size of only five (5) allows for personal attention and fosters a great sense of community. All classes offer a full body workout with an emphasis on moving the spine in all directions so you walk out feeling strong and refreshed.
Reformer Foundations
This class is for those that are new to Paz Pilates. In this initial class we introduce you to the reformer and take you through some essential exercises that will get you comfortable on our machines and allow the instructor to help determine the best class level to start with.
Reformer Essentials
This class is great for those that are new or newer to reformer classes and looking to get comfortable with the essential pilates reformer exercises. It is also great for those that are rehabilitating from an injury, have mobility restrictions, or just want to work at a slower pace to build mobility, strength, and control.
Reformer Align
This all levels class is designed to give you a full body workout and provide progression/modifications to meet your body’s needs. With class focus on proper posture and form as you move through a combination of exercises to build strength, flexibility, and symmetry, you will leave class feeling strong and energized..
Reformer Flow
This intermediate/advance class is designed with a faster pace and athletic flow that challenges coordination and balance. Designed for those that are experienced with the essential & intermediate work on the reformer, this class will move fluidly and offer creative variations to further challenge mind-body coordination and keep things fresh. Reformer flow is not recommended for anyone with injuries, recovering from injuries, or beginners. By instructor approval only.
Jump Board Fit
Get your heart rate up and channel your inner child with this fun, full-body class that uses the jump board and reformer to build muscle, challenge coordination, and work deep core strength and mobility. This is an all-levels class, recommended for those who have prior experience of a reformer and do not have foot, back, and/or knee injuries.
Tower Reformer
The tower is an apparatus attached to the reformer, but offers a more stable surface to work from. In this class we will sit, stand and/or lie down on a mat and work with resistive springs that are attached to a tower to build strength, flexibility and muscular endurance. A great way to mix up your pilates practice and keep your body guessing!
Reformer + TRX
This full body class teaches pilates principles through exercises that use the TRX Suspension system and the pilates reformer machine to help improve mobility, balance, and strength. It's a great way to keep your body challenged and a fun way to incorporate a new movement method into your workout. This class will spend 45% of the time on the TRX and 55% on the reformer. Suitable for all fitness levels. Prior experience with reformer required.
*Reformer classes require a private session intro to familiarize you with the equipment, review settings, and ensure you have the fundamental skills required for class
Mat Classes With Props
Our low impact mat classes focus on providing a full body workout that targets the entire body. With a focus on strengthening your core, hip, and back muscles, we use small props including light weights, stability balls, pilates circles, therabands, and foam rollers to challenge, stabilize, and help you better connect to your body. Our small group size allows for personal attention and feedback so you can get the most out of each class.
Mat Flow
This all levels, low impact mat class offers both modifications for newer students and up-level challenges for those wanting to intensify their workout. Various props are featured to offer variety, additional challenge, and provide tactile feedback.
Private/Duet Sessions
Sessions will be tailored to your specific goals and needs, whether you are looking to start your fitness journey with a strong foundation and proper biomechanics, training for an athletic event, pre/post natal, rehabbing from an injury, or just want the flexibility to work out on your schedule or with your friends. Subject to instructor availability.
Special Events
