Pilates is for everyone & every BODY. It is a low-impact movement practice that emphasizes correct postural alignment with the overall goal of a healthy, mobile body.  The body awareness you build through the practice translates to all areas of life, helping you move more efficiently and preventing injury so you enjoy a long, active life. And honestly, it just feels so good!
