One-on-One/Duet/Small Group Classes
Sessions will be tailored to your specific goals and needs, whether you are looking to start your fitness journey with a strong foundation and proper biomechanics, training for an athletic event, pre/post natal, rehabbing from an injury, or just want the flexibility to work out on your schedule or with your friends. Reformer Classes
Our small group reformer classes (max of 5), provide a full body workout using a pulley system that offers spring resistance to work muscle strength, length, and alignment and helps you develop both strong and balanced musculature. If you have never worked on pilates equipment, we require an intro session to ensure the best experience so you can get the most out of your practice with us and familiarize yourself with the equipment.
Mat Classes
Our low impact, mat based classes with a functional fitness component focus on strengthening deep core stabilizers, improving posture, and gaining full body strength & mobility. Small props are used to add variety, challenge, and help you better connect to specific muscle groups. CYour body will thank you.
Private Classes
